Terms and Conditions

1. Person(s) named above are responsible for cost of hire and any expenses/damage associated with hire.
2. Full deposit and hire cost are payable in advance of hire date. Deposit refundable after club inspection.
3. Hire period to include setting up and clearing up.
4. All rubbish generated to be cleared away at end of hire unless prior arrangement has been made for club to dispose of.
5. No under-eighteens will be served alcohol.
6. Vehicles left in car park at owners’ risk.
7. Kitchen can only be used for serving of food prepared off premises.
8. Decoration of club can only be undertaken with prior agreement.
