The AGM will be held on Wednesday 21st May, starting at 7.30pm.

Nominations for Officers and Management Committee Members duly signed by the proposing and seconding Members shall be given in writing to the Hon Secretary not later than ten days before the AGM

Notice of any proposed alteration to the Articles, nominations for Honorary Life Members and notice of any other motion to be submitted to the meeting duly signed by the proposing and seconding Members shall be given in writing to the Hon Secretary not later than ten days before the AGM
